輪姦片上網 警拘三人 青少年, 大埔, 青年

(星島日報    報道)一段用手機拍攝懷疑強姦短片，近日在手機網絡流傳，片中可見一名穿着食肆員工制服少女，疑被數名男同事施暴，警方商業罪案調查科    科技罪案組，接獲市民舉報展開調查，昨日分別在沙田    及大埔    ，拘捕三名涉嫌強姦的青年帶署助查，並正聯絡女事主了解案情。

　　警方發言人證實，有人發現一段懷疑涉及強姦成分的手機短片向警方報案，商業罪案調查科科技罪案組經調查後，昨日採取行動，先在沙田拘捕兩名分別十六及十七歲青少年，至晚上再在大埔拘捕另一名十九歲青年帶署助查。

　　警聯絡女事主了解案情

　　三名被捕青少年，今晨仍被扣留助查，警方懷疑三人涉及一宗強姦案，同時聯絡手機短片中女事主，以了解案情，不排除稍後會落案檢控涉案者。

　　該段手機短片最近被人轉移到網上散發，片長約兩分鐘，看過短片網民稱，片中只有兩男一女入鏡，他們穿着類似一家食肆員工制服，樣貌清晰可見，拍攝背景看似寫字樓或休息室，兩男子脫衣，並脫光少女衣服，一前一後向少女施暴，受害女事主數度掙扎及叫不要，畫面令人感到不安，其間更有一把女子聲說「打九九九」報警。

　　手機傳淫照屬違法

　　有法律界人士稱，在互聯網或手機發放淫褻照片或影片，均屬違法，自年初疑似藝人裸照事件後，再無人敢用互聯網發送照片，若用手機傳送，只要警方透過手機號碼及網絡供應商，便能查出發送者，將其緝拿歸案。本報記

if it WAS rape..then why the hell would they record it?
So they could produce evidence against themselves?
If it was rape, the video is more beneficial to the girl rather than the boys
