If I were you, I would just drive away and ignore the guy. There is no point to reason with those people and absolutely pointless to call the cops because they won't provide any help to you since this is such a misdemeanour case. If you are driving at a moderate speed (say @50km per hour), that guy will not be able to catch up with you with his bike. Just drive to some place else (say a supermarket farther away) and hang out for a while before you head back if the place where you being harrassed is close to your home.
