I really wanna vent about my experience at the restaurant. And I have to tell you why I rated it that low:

Food:
We've ordered a Sazae (conch) sashimi, what they gave us was cooked & frozen then thaw ...

Biggest flaw of the argument.  Going to a Chinese operated Japanese restaurant in New Chinatown (Richmond) and expect to have true authentic Japanese cuisine experience.
