It doesn't matter how good the ice-cream is if the staff did not do a good job putting it on shelves (into the fridge) and the receiver did not do a good job to deliver the ice-cream to the freezer immediately; which is the case in most of Chinese supermarket.
Once the ice-cream truck arrived, they just pull out the pallet and let it melt in the receiving area, or when they go to stock it, they brought out too many, end up half of the ice-cream already melt and get re-freezed..... the product ends up being icy and taste terrible.
I bought ice-cream from T&T Richmond before and Osaka from Yaohan..... all re-freezed ice-cream. |
