As far as I know, T&T only has minimal operation shared with Loblaw in item ordering.  When Loblaw bought T&T, Loblaw stated that T&T will be operated as individual company instead of being integrated like Fortinos and Zehrs in the past that ended up losing the specific customers they were targeted for.

Cindy Lee is still pretty much in charge of T&T.  The only difference is her title changed from Owner/Founder to CEO works under Chairman of Loblaw.

However, after this incident, I think Loblaw will try to integrate T&T's IT into Loblaw to prevent the future recurrence...

Although we all know there is nothing unhackable and the internet was designed with inherited flaw from the start...
