I am planning to go to the states on Friday

I am currently holding a BNO passport with a  1997 Landed paper. I have a BC drivers liscen
would i be able to cross the border and come back?

i heard from someone that i need to fill out a I94 or I 92 something like that and pay $6 USD to be able to cross from canada into the states?

Would i have a problem both going into the states and coming back??

Please help me answer my questions asap
