驗毒計劃對學生好 but have to get written consent from parents & students before that, and they should have the right to refuse it... of course at the same time school also has the right to kick that student out of the school.

應該學D政客那般﹐講D玄D的說話嘛。。。明明佛教﹐應該好精於“玄”的那些話呀 心這樣諗都應該用D技巧說出來﹐這樣講分明博比人狂插遮。。。

其實點會這麼複雜﹖ 只要開學時﹐或者入學時簽份 CONSENT (當然是家長同學生都要簽)﹐響他們入學時唔會預測到自己將來會否吸毒的嘛﹐但學校渣住呢張野就有權隨時突擊檢查﹐這樣就可以知道﹐也有阻嚇作用。。。其實講真﹐我覺得推行呢個計劃阻嚇作用大過真正作用。。。當然﹐我還是主張學生有權拒絕簽的﹐若家長與學生都覺得這是侵犯人權而不簽﹐學校亦應該有權“懷疑學生吸毒”而強制勒令退學﹐這是雙方面的權力和義務﹐亦可以杜絕那些不良分子混入學校影響其他學生。

始終唔明點解要“拿”實“私隱”呢兩個字﹐香港人諗野真係諗壞腦﹐吸毒本身是犯法 (沒錯吧﹖只有加拿大是合法的﹐香港還是犯法﹐對嗎﹖) 犯法還說甚麼私隱﹖即如警察壞疑有人打劫強姦或者殺人而捉他去問話﹐這樣也侵犯私隱嗎﹖很荒謬啊。。。那麼﹐奧運或世界杯運動員被人驗尿為何又無人話侵犯私隱呢﹖

As school is a place to learn, and I really don't want this person to affect other students.

If I am a teacher, I will for sure support & implement this, and as well, if I am one of the students' parent, I will 100% support school to implement.

If it is a company or other organization, things will be very different... I really think in school, certain things should be strict... children won't learn what is right/wrong if you just let them do whatever they want, just like in Canada... and they won't be happy, there are many examples that teens are very lost if the society/teacher/parent spoil them too much...they need guidelines and it seems like the society has been failed to provide them with it...
