have tried the KR21 on a 98 CRV and it didn't work quite well, sidewall too soft so the car feels kinda odd at high speed (above 80 or 100, which is quite a stability concern when you have to manuever to avoid accident or sth)...

after that set we recently put on a set of BS duel H/L alenza and it's a lot a lot more stable for a over 200k SUV (before my friend was told by the tire shop, that his suspension are done that's why the car is not stable; yeah it's true his suspension are worn but they are not dead yet!)...lol...

haha that's why he says much better ride quality lor, cuz the soft tire sidewall takes all the "dampening"....eventually it might just deform badly when he hits a small pot hole and the car won't handle as it's supposed to be, it's just simply wrong tire on the wrong car....

i have seen ppl running that, Kumho AST (even worse than ASX) on Porsche....lol....it's just like 自殺 (not necessarily anything will happen, but when something happens more likely the chance for him to get over gets a lot lower than "normal")....

換呔唔一定要去tire shop，普通車房一樣可次幫你定，不過一定要揾多幾間格價，我試過換米芝蓮Pilot Exalto,一條居然可以相差五十幾蚊！另外車房話我知換呔唔一定要做Aligment，只要架車無異樣和無省呔就得，一百蚊都 ...

價好多時候要格, 不過平果間唔一定好, 一間如果有一set呔擺左好耐賣唔出, 又或者佢自己/佢知有地方"overstock"左好多貨, 又或者一間部機2萬一間部機3千, 種種因素下都有可能做成價格上既差異 (不過當然, 比多D又唔一定就等如好, 最好梗係口啤啦)

至於alignment, 冇咩我唔會去做, 換得新呔我反而會一定做(反而覺得想佢耐用D), 幾年做一次alignment都唔係好過份jei, 再講, 冬天咁多pot hole, 整左十年車做耐都冇廿架係唔駛較既, 係off左幾多既jei, 再日積月累, 唔好講到你發覺省呔已經太遲, 日日四個轆都去緊唔同方向(不過個軑盤係真係可以仲係直既) 既晒油, 連個brake都冇咁"應", 總之我就覺得做左心安理得...

btw, 如果你真係咁好彩冇野要較, 有一樣野叫wheel alignment check?! 好似都係$50? 如果真係有野要較, 比多少少都抵? 要等到好明顯有問題既時候好多野又會唔會遲左D呢?：）

我覺得似係間車房自己冇alignment機, 幫你攞去做alignment又冇咩錢賺, 叫你攞去邊間邊間到時候連個客都冇埋, 所以冇咩梗係"肥水不流別人田"啦 LOL
