there is no problem with taking an exam with manual cars, many friends have done that...

diff ppl has diff bad habits, shifting at a turn could be one ~ unless u are well experienced, but a lot of time u probably dun wanna do that...

shift point is also important: if u make ur shift too close to a turn, that will also be considered as dangerous action; make sure u downshift early enough and make every action nice and clear...

no heel / toe / revmatching necessary, you are just going to give the examiner a bad image u are gonna race with anyone on the road

i would probably leave it in 1st gear for road test...

that's what my friend did, "be always prepared to go" ar ma

yeah e-brake on a uphill and two hands on steering wheel are always important...make sure u make all the steps / action nice and clear!

hyde: it doesn't matter, as long as u dun do anything to get picked on, u can even use sequential gearbox ~ if u can afford one

traum: does it matter if it's 300+HP vehicle? one could have excessive speeding even with a 75hp POS....
