Depends on the job nature.
If the job only require high school education, putting too much education will make you sound over qualified.

I had a friend who wanted to promoted to other department in Money Mart and he didn't get any reply from the department head. Then he can't stop his curiosity and contact the manager, end up, the manager said his resume was over-qualified that's why he wasn't contact. Well, after a clear conversation, he got promoted to the other department.
