I'm sure 李嘉誠 is nowhere close to Buffett in terms of donation ... both % wise and $ wise.

Who can match Buffet in the whole world, both % wise and $ wise? Maybe only Bill Gates can donate more. But still, Li Ka Shing has donated a lot of $ in HK and China. After he sold his stakes in CIBC, he donated all the $ in Canada. So there is really nothing wrong with Li Ka Shing at all.

For the %, I was referring to his  donated $ divided by his net worth *100%.

We all understand this part. This is just simple math.
