Who's fault?  in the US, suppose if you are not a fault, then you would call thei other's party's insurance company, and report the claim.  You only call your own if the you are at fault, or they would call your insurance and try to make it sounds like it's your fault.  Then since you are with iCBC, you would want to report this to ICBC anyway.

You should get a lawyer to help your case, for better settlement.

Something I learn from a massage therapist is that in a car accident, quite often your neck/back muscle tissue is already damage, and you will notice the pain when you get older.
