Honestly.. I think the quality is average..!

They have 3 types of beef in the dlx version of the noodle.

1> 牛腩 - is average, not soft enough
2> Thin Cut - taste Ok
3> Thin slide (steak like), quite a bit thicker than the thin cut, outside is torch bured (I think).  Probably the best amoung the 3 types.

The noodle itself is good, and above average, but it's not like you can't find this anywhere else.

The soup, it's very good, but too much oil IMHO.

Overall, I don't think that's worth the lineup, the price can be cheaper, but it's ok if you can afford it.

I was in Vancouver for 2 weeks during Christmas - New Year.  The beef noodle place I went back twice is 三味, good price, good soup, great beef, and they have a green onion/beef type pancake is awesome.
