I have a day off today, so went out early and spend 1.5 hrs just to take pictures, and enjoy the time.

Location is Bothell, WA
Area: Country Village.
Time: 12:30p-2p

It has been raining overnight, but knowing the rain should ease up by noon, Lighting was soft, and the flower weren't dry up by the sun yet.

I qutie enjoy my warm and quiet afternoon around the area.

Saw this knob which contains lots of details in it.

This is how I see it.  Gears is part of the equation, but it's more important that the photographers know exactly which to use the type of lens, focal length and setting, then choose the correct camera (Tool) to do the work.

eg. when you are traveling with weight restrictions, you may have to stay with smaller size camera, but what if you go to Africa for some safari opportunities?

The wrong thing to do is spend lots of money of them, without knowing what each of them is going to do for you, and think getting those expensive gears alone would made you a better photographer.

It seems to me that this photo is not taking with a normal lens.

The effect looks like coming from a lensbaby.  (Selective Focus)

Sorry... I know it isn't .. but looking at the (Wheel of that car) sure does look like the kind of lensbaby effect.
