Sony launches 3 new DSLR..

Sony Alpha 早幾日出左三部入門 DSLR，分別係 A230, A330 & A380，根據 Sony 講，呢三部機既設計都輕d，細d同易用d。主要係想新DSLR用戶容易d上手，唔須要學好多已經可以影靚相。

"Our new alpha cameras, lenses and accessories make it easier for new users to get the great photos they expect without the steep learning curve that DSLRs have traditionally required,” said Kristen Elder, senior manager for the alpha business at Sony Electronics Inc. “By overcoming the obstacles, we’ve made it much easier for newcomers to take great pictures with DSLRs."

我本身都係用 Sony DSLR，但係聽左佢地既理念之後有d失望，我唔係想話用slr特別d，但係如果買左部slr之後連基本既使用同曝光都唔須要學，咁為咩買slr，買部好d既 point & shoot 咪得囉。

你地點睇？
係唔係以後入門機(Nikon, Canon, Pentax, etc)個trend都係咁？
會唔會覺得咁樣會令到更多想影相既人更用易接近DSLR？
定係會令更多人買左部機先發覺唔係咁鍾意，買左唔多用或者淨係用Auto影？

yup, 2 zooms, 2 primes, sony finally got some cheap lenses....wonder if they are based on the minolta lenses to build or they build them from scratch....
DT 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 SAM
DT 55-200mm F4-5.6 SAM
DT 50mm F1.8 SAM
DT 30mm F2.8 macro SAM

DT = digital...well APS-C
SAM = smooth autofocus motor, compare to the noise old minolta lens i guess

CP, MoiRhapsody was talking about D300 ah, not A300, I think you and me are the only people on LYK used / using Sony DSLR.

I choose Sony mainly because it is a Minolta, but looks like Sony is trying to stop making people thing Sony DSLR = Minolta DSLR. I thought Sony will take on Canon/Nikon and became the third big DSLR manufacturer but I think I am wrong, they just want a share of the market.......well typical Sony. But I still like my DSLR and PS3....haha

go to flickr and search for Sony A230 / A330 / A380 and you can see some sample picture. IMO, the colour that Sony DSLR produce is natural and 柔和, but you need to compare them with other brand to see if you like it or not. I played the A230 in Sony Store and I think the grip is too small.......

It was Konica Minolta, so after Sony's purchase, it should be
Sony Konica Minolta, SKM, not SM la........

it is great that you like it. post some pictures here if you can. The lcd will be handy when you are going to take picture in weird angles.....

(btw, sony dslr never take memory stick only, it either takes CF & MS or CF only)
