張敬軒 Concert @ the Centre? website

Went to parker place today and saw a poster saying that 張敬軒 will be coming to The Centre Jan 23, 09, the poster said tickets are available at ticketmaster but I found nothing, I also went to the Centre's website and there is nothing scheduled on Jan 23...

Anybody know what is going on?

The problem is....it is not even listed in ticketmaster.ca
The ticket prices are too high for him and the service charge is a total rip off.
