Besides, I only report to admin and if Admin did think you deserve a ban then you would not be banned.  Admin still has the ultimate power.

The main point here is that Tiffiant kept on replying thread with Cwong stuff to the point that some people just skip that thread when they saw Tiffiant's name.  Therefore, many threads got skipped especially when Tiffiant and MukMuk fought.
