It's always better to determine shipping charges or list the weight so people can know approximately how much total would be.

The good thing about asking them to sell is that they have good rating already.  For first seller, people might not choose them if there are others with higher rating sell the same items.

Of course it is good to build own rating.

Do you use paypal?  You can complain to paypal and they would reverse the charge.
