get all vaccinations done and get the vet to fill out the forms...
go to 漁農處's web site and get the forms...make sure u have the vaccines and forms done about 14 days prior to ur pet's departure...you'll have to go to a place near the airport and find a person called Dr. Livingstone to stamp ur papers...there's a 20 dollar charge for that...
after you get all these paper work done...you can show them to the airline which ur pet will be using and buy it's ticket...the ticket price is about 1/2 of a ticket for a person

到兽医处开张证明，说是要出国用的，选择加航规定的运输箱，到北京的时候把兽医的证明给他们看，然后交钱就可以出关了，具体多少钱我忘记了，折合人民币大约3000多快吧，不过那是几年前了，现在可能高点，不过有时候北京海关很变态，要求隔离，上次我家宝贝没有要求隔离，交了钱北京的人连看都不看就让走了，感觉就是为了收点钱
