1) you already try disconnect the router and connect to ONE computer directly and
2) you are not downloading anything.
3) You do not really care it is fine by your side; the problem is you Internet has been super slow for couple of days already. You did not call them when it happened and you waited to see if it would recover but IT DIDNOT.
tappy, it is not necessary to be router's problem, man. It is not necessary to be Shaw's problem neither. Shaw's Internet is shared so it could be that the neighbor is using up bandwidth to download stuff.
