I did when I was in Taiwan.  I had account with Taiwanese postal office that they would send me the newest stamps every time new set came out.  I still have them but just not actively buy any new sets anymore.

I want to buy the CNY stamps too but had to ask my wife first.  She likes to collect stamps too but I just do not know if she wants to buy it or not.

I saw it in the stamp store in the 2f of Crystal mall.  They have all kind of stamps.

maybe we can exchange our stamps; hahaha.

I still remember when I was little, I tried to trick my classmate (grade 4 or 5) to give me a valuable stamps to a stamp that had whole in it.  

Of course I would not do it anymore.
