my vote goes to 京士柏.  Clean, service ok, drink ok, selection ok, food ok, price ok, 工業 level mild.

food in kingspark is good but the service is bad sometimes
銀座 and 紅屋 are good too

銀座 is kindda gross.  Bad service, pricey food.

紅屋 is better, but pricey and selection is quite small.
