ok, so tried them both on friday...
em.... taste-wise it is not that outstanding. However, it is fun to eat standing in the cold. The sushi cone place is pricey, but the tobico + tuna sashimi is pretty nice.. 'cause the freshly made cone is super crunchy and tasty.
