I have nothing at home. What do i need?

I want to play the 4 chanels one. My budget is around $500. Is it good enough to start playing heli?

Do i need to be taught to fly a heli?

A few months ago, i went to a R/C plane store.

They said for beginner, it will be like $700-800 to start, because i need to get all the basic stuff, like remote control, battery,etc. and they said i would need some help from some experienced R/C people to check my plane even i will be able build it by myself. He was saying something about the balance of the plane.

What's the difference between flying a heli and a plane?

I bought a palm-size Fairlady from Racing "Angel" Hobby and to my surprise it is quite durable.  After 1-2 days' practice I can go up down turn and fly in air for about 2-3 minutes. I kept playing for 2-3 months ( esp with my daughter indoor... fly from her palm, and get her to pick it up after landing.... you know... how kids torture your toy ) and it still fly okay.  It's quite a good gift for kids over 6 years old.

The new King II was ordered from ebay.  Received mid-Nov, and it's quite hard to manage.   Time to get 師父's help again.  Ha ha ha.

Honestly it's really cheaper to order from HK / online.

6EXA 係俾飛機用既，如果部直昇機用 CCPM 式既 "變距 Collective Pitch - CP (近年流行)" 就唔可以。
舊式既 CP 都可以用。
但係唔好掉左佢住！因為你可以用佢黎玩 "定距 Fixed Pitch - FP" 既直昇機。例如呢架：

FP 其實比 CP 更適合初學者，因為冇咁多零件、襟撞同易 set 機。

想問一問... 屋企放左支futaba 6EXA 係度... 可唔可以用來放HELI?

電子野好睇你要求，價錢可以差好遠： 100 US - 300/400 都得
電： 20 US - 40 US
控、差機、工具：一樣可以差好遠

第一隻機會多少少囉，因為要買野配合。大約 $300-$400 左右啦。有左第一隻之後再加隻 heli 或者飛機就會好平，因為好多野會共用。

新手我建議由共軸機（如 lama v4）開始玩。成套都係 $100 US 左右。
