Someone hit and run my car, need a good autobody place

Any recommendations?
Last time brought my car to a heavily advertised (and overpriced) place in Richmond, paint started to crack in a few months' time.
Don't want to do that again.. appreciate any suggestions, thanks in advance.

it's more like a white ppl shop, even tho 2 bodymans and 2 painters are chinese there...

not well known to chinese but it's a good shop dealership (such like honda / toyota etc), icbc, school boards etc will send their cars there...
