I looked up the yesterday MingPao after reading your post. Yes, so many of the well known Chinese restuarants are looking for cooks. What happend to the ones they currently have? And who are cooking in the kitchen? Hopefully not the waiter or waitress. i heard from a friend that she was forced to make 扬州炒饭 once and she was only working as a waitress.
