Sometimes some of my friends would bring up an idea of starting up an online business. I always remind them the expense of delivery and postage. Compare to the price of the products they try to sell online, the cost of delivery is outrageous and I believe they won't have any competitive edges and profit margin.  They sometimes argue it will be an add-on cost which customers should pay. I remind them that the customers will always calculate the TOTAL AMOUNT they pay but not just the price of the products only.
