If you guys want to talk about corruption in China, you guys can open a new thread and talk about it explicitly and specifically.

If you want to make any meaningful input and contribution to the members of this forum, you can discuss about the topics (water crisis in this thread) and express your opinions from economic, environmental or political point of view, or any other point of view you can imagine. But don’t’ just bring “corruption” to the focus for the sake of bashing China government whenever you guys can and ruin any meaningful discussion.

Corruption exists in any sizable project around the world regardless of country. Even Hollywood would budget the “cost of corruption” (they call it “black hole”) when they calculate the financial need of shooting a new movie.

I am looking forward to hear any meaningful input from you guys regarding the water resource crisis in China.

In addition, just share the 地理 that you know and tell us how it is relevant to what you said. Based on what you said, I can conclude you have never been to the northern part of China. What you know is just the 地理知识 you learned from textbooks.
