I think it is pretty common to get paid by hourly rate here if you are not management level.

Of course, some jobs would be more common to get paid by salary such as IT programmer.

Just want to confirm are you saying you just get paid by 1.5% of a $4 million project (in Canadian dollar)?

Just to want to ask - how would you find the time to work on those multi-millions project (if they exist) and how many hours a day you spent on this forum for the past few years?
