Always hear ppl say Aberdeen's rent is so expensive, but I wonder how expensive they are??? Does anybody know how much?

In my opinion, the rent in Aberdeen is not expensive at all compare to other malls in Vancouver. Compare to Oakridge mall on Cambie & 41st, Aberdeen is much cheaper.

The problem is not the rent, it is the lack of foot trafic and the type of people walking in the mall. It doesn't fit the profile of the target customers.

At Pacific Plaza, you may get a food court space for as low as $500, you do the math.

At Pacific Plaza, you may not be able to have $500 profit to cover the rent (it does not include the ridiculously high management fee which I have not mentioned).

We can do the math and the answer is to stay away from Pacific Plaza (unless you are looking for an office space).
