If you don’t know the 意義, how could you know what should be done and when to be done?

If you do not know the reasons and significance of an issue, how do ou make your decision on - why to do it, when to do it and how to do it, or NOT to do it.

Can you tell me base on what you make decision and call your judgement?

Investing in space technologies and education are two separated issues. Investing in technologies does not down play the SIGNIFICACE of education. As a country, China needs to invest in building a solid foundation for its future and this foundation has many critical components and certainly includes EDUCATION and TECHNOLOGIES. China needs to establish and develop all of those critical components but not just ONE of them.

People would easily fall into their trap since they all understand the “significance and impact of education” for the future of China, but understand less about the “significance and impact of technologies” (I am supprised moron Lik does not understand this since he claims himself a 電腦人. The school should have taught him about the social impact of technologies unless he graduated from a 野雞大學).

Just wait and I will show you the SIGNIFICANCE of technologies and why China needs to invest in space technologies. I just want to see what KingKong have to say.
