One on One includes tech support, using the OS and any other Apple software (iLife, iWorks, Aperture, Final Cut....) and hardware. Basically they will teach you all you need to know to maximize the computer, not just using it for Internet and E-Mail.
Apple is all great when everything is working right. When problems happen, it doesn't tell you anything other than "Application has unexpectedly quit - Ignore or Report?" Where can the users go, of course back to Apple or the service providers!
The only thing Apple will not help you is: anything that has connections with Microsoft Windows, eg. they will not help you move your email from Outlook to Entourage/Apple Mail.
At least when another Apple store opens, those with iPhones will not need to go all the way to DT just to have their phone fixed.
Microsoft is also planning to open their own stores in selected cities in US to promote the brand.
