40lb? It's nothing... I've ordered tires over years and I bought 6 tires back in one-shot (2 for my friend, 4 for me).

I have been using The Letter Carrier a bit, and they are raising their prices soon. So you can consider P2P or TSB again. Most of my stuff has tracking # so it is not that important to get notifications.

They have ample of parking down there.

About custom, I never have an issue. I bring my Nexus with me so going into PR is easy. Coming back is just joing the queue if I want to get a tax break.

About Nexus... here's the deal:

According to the rule, if you have merchandise, you are suppose to fill the traveler's declaration card and drop it to the box. Ottawa will then charge taxes to your credit card. If you don't have the card, you have to line up.

Now, from what I heard (from custom officer) is that I can do a verbal declaration of goods I brought in through Nexus and the officer will determine if taxation is required. Can anyone confirm this?
