I have MBNA Premier Cashback for years now, the problem is that they keep calling me to buy insurance and promo packages and things like that once a few months. I called them and had them remove me from the list and it's all quiet now.
MBNA is reasonable, and payment wise is just doing another bill payment online. Unless you are 60 yrs old and not sure how to use a computer/phone, there is no reason to pay the bill in person these days.
