I cannot think of a valid reason to dispute a red light camera ticket. They will send out 2 photos, one shows the car was before the stop line at red, the other will show the car cross the intersection during red. It's solid proof there. Good luck disputing it, and the judge will use this as evidence.

If you pay the fine as it is, no points will be taken because no one knows who drives the car. If you "nominate" the driver, then that driver will get the points taken out. There is no advantages in doing that.

As I said, the owner will not get points deducted because no one is there to identify the driver at the time the offense is made. Unless you want to nominate yourself to ICBC, then points will be taken off.

Just pay it off and don't run the red.
