any lawyers here/?

can anyone answer.. it is against the law when we are not paying the tip when it is listed?
If so i will pay cash and refuse deduce the tips amount.


i pay 15-20% usually...max 20% ... if service is poor but acceptable at 10%
but when there is a poor service ... i give no tips at all.
First law: Every body remains in a state of rest or uniform motion unless it is acted upon by an external unbalanced force.

well..... I would just want to pay for the things that are i ordered and recieved.

if i have not received it, i wont pay for it.
