but it just similar to the fish sashimi in japan .  after they cut the meat, they put it back on the bone.  when you eat it, the fish is still alive.  watched some videos about japanese eating culture ...

i think i've seen some similar clip from youtube too. it was a fish and they cut out the meat and then put the fish back in the tank so it can continue to swim.....

and there was another one and i think it was frog sashimi, and the body and head were part of the "decoration" on the plate
