[西餐] Fish and Chips in Metro Vancouver

本帖最後由 布小熊 於 2009-9-21 12:48 編輯

Since we started some discussion about Pajo, let's continue to talk about fish and chips in vancouver.
Another place I like is on the Island. It's a small stall called Boathouse Cafe at Cowichan bay.

I personally like Go Fish much better than Pajo. The batter is a bit larger (I don't want it "tempura light" tho) and the fish was fresh and tasty. The asian style cole slaw is a nice twist from the regular slaw.

I like the thick cut skin on chips too. They are so addictive. I need to get some soon. LOL

Some pictures from Go Fish (near Granville Island):

Go Fish... tried once, I think I prefer Pajo's.

Shady Island is known for their dirtiness.  See ex-employee's comment at dinehere.ca

Think it's personal preference.
for me: boathouse cafe > go fish > pajo's
