I got mooncakes from 恆香 too. Got the single yolk white lotus paste ones. We both don't like egg yolks so single yolk will give them a bit of fav. I can't stand 4 yolk mooncakes.... @ @ I acutally throw away most of the yolks.

I used to give my sister all the yolks. And I just eat the lotus paste with hint of yolk saltiness on the mooncake.
