how about golden paramount (park road next to Dai Hang Congee)? I haven't tried their dim sum but dinner was good there. My friend said they have OK dim sum.

it's in Contential Centre. (gee day) The same location as the previous "Wah Wing".

I still haven't been there cos a friend of mine REFUSEs to go. She some how said food was bad when she went...
