[日本料理] Ramen Sanpachi - anyone tried it yet?

本帖最後由 布小熊 於 2010-11-29 12:23 編輯

Just read from ChowHound that there is a new Ramen shop in Downtown.
It's also from a Hokkaido Ramen chain in Japan.

Very different rating from the 2 restaurant review site tho.

Thanks for the review! I tried "Q Go" on W Broadway last weekend. I think I liked their broth (almost no sign of MSG) but the ramen noodle texture was just so-so.
And I think the owner may not be Japanese because he spoke English with the Japanese waitresses.
Anyway, I actually like the miso broth which is the only thing I tired. The noodle was pretty big and the meat was OK. (I asked for fatty and it's REALLY fatty LOL no complain but I will try the lean one next time)
I guess no MSG is a big thing for me but may be not a big concern to others. Oh and the soft boiled egg is 0.5 for half and it's very soft (runny).
