English for me most of the time, except chatting to my cubemate in Cantonese with non-work related things. (e.g. our cute nieces, both of us are aunts now, what to eat for dinner...kinda thing)
And lunch chat in the cafeteria with some chinese coworkers.
Actually after staying home for 2 months, I think my English really suck now. I need to chat more!

Really, I didn't noticed that.. How "scrambled" was it?
I just thought that someone new to lyk replied to a whole bunch of old surveys. (reply of a survey will push it to the top of 新帖 list.)
