you mean the old pho place? It tasted like HK style noodle soup with some thinly sliced beef in rice noodle lor..... almost like wanton soup with rice noodle.... @@

No. It's the one at the corner.. beside.. what used to be a cell phone place and the laser skin care centre. (the.. north east corner)

The one you mention is New Asia Deli, their pho isn't super authentic with pretty good subs but way better than that ex-HK style pho at the corner.

I went there by accident yesterday for lunch. I think it's not super good but it's alright if I don't want to get out from Richmond. Like driving half an hour for a 20 min Ramen meal in downtown doesn't seem to make sense for me unless I have something else to do or to meet someone in downtown.
I took a few pictures with my cell phone, so I will post them later.
I personally like Benkei > Kintaro > Motomachi Shokudo.
I haven't try Menya yet but my friend who lived in Japan before likes it. So I will try to get my Ramen fix there soon.
btw I want to try the mini don next time at G-Men ramen. I saw the table next to mine ordered one and it does look good.

here are the pictures. Both are Tonkatsu ramen. We ordered kimchi and tacoyaki and need to specially asked to have them served in a separate dish.  (otherwise, they will be added in the ramen)
