my club house may have a BBQ .. but they haven't put it out yet.
If I can drive by the strawberry farm in Delta on Sat, i will bring some fresh, local organic strawberries (in addition to the potluck dish). But I can't promise yet.
Still thinking what to make...
thinking of miso cod or miso salmon... but they are better eaten fresh from the oven...
may be something with smoke salmon.... (cheating!!)
or Yakitori ...
