With that much accounts and service with them... you still don't get an account manager? Someone should be mananging your account and calling you to arrange RRSP or GIC way before the deadline.
I did that with my RBC account manager back in late Jan. She always contacts and remind me for things to be done on my account. (phone call or email)

but my friend said if you have too much $ then you won't use some of their services... esp at the bank.
You will likely have your own fancial advicer somewhere else and you don't need to borrow $ from them.
Anyway, they should re-think... the way things are done...
