this is nonsense.
If you drive with only 1 hand on your steering wheel... during driving test... you won't pass.
But after that.. haha who cares.  
Well old/older ppl always say silly things like that... My mom used to say that I should have picked a red car... cos that's for girls... Well, I got a black car.
