Comeon, most of what we eat today are the result of thousands of years of fusion among all the cuisines of the world.

But you cannot force me to like fusion.

We are already eating fusion food. Unless you don't like most of what you eat.

"Fusion cuisine combines elements of various culinary traditions while not fitting specifically into any. The term generally refers to the innovations in many contemporary restaurant cuisines since the 1970s."

"food with international influences: a style of cooking that uses ingredients and techniques from around the world, especially one that combines Eastern and Western influences"

forget indian & thai, have tried about all in vancouver,
none worth going except maybe this one (thai)
saw rob feenie there.
by the way lumiere has closed for the time being, why people still recomme ...

I don't know any good Thai restaurant in Vancouver. I think Seattle has much better choices for Thai.
We must have some good authentic Indian restaurants here. I went to the Tandoori King in Surrey and it was not bad. (Everyone but us was East Indian there)
Some foodies went to Ashiana Tandoori Restaurant and didn't say anything bad about it.

btw yes Lumiere is closed
