The younger Japanese generation REALLY don't know these happened. They blocked these from their history classes.
And same for the younger Chinese/HK generations. They don't know anything about VIIV. And... just sad to see their POV now.

I felt the chill as well when I read his post at 117#. IMO this is so wrong. Country is build on ppl so ppl's right is the most important part. "Distorying the balance" is a fatal act??? So if the gov is killing innocents and allowing the wrongs to dominate (ONLY an IF case here) because of the hope of retaining the peace and balance of the country, we should just let it BE???

I think I understand soli and coolccx's POV but I don't think I will ever agree.
And if I live in China now, I don't think I can 自由的生活，自由的工作，自由的过好每一天.
I think my defination of freedom is different from yours. And looks like there is nothing to "discuss".
