I don't think I go out and eat Chinese food enough to vote... I only frequent a few of them.
最佳台式食肆 -  三味食堂
最佳上海食肆 - Long's Noodle House 小龍記麵家
最佳高級食肆 - I think 鴻星 on Granville St was pretty good but last time I went was 1 year ago.
最佳點心食肆 - I don't go often but some how, I do not like 龍景軒 which everyone else love. I think my body doesn't agree with the brand of MSG that they use.
最佳火鍋店 - Claypot Hotpot 農場火鍋
最佳素菜館 - 4 stones 雅室友
最佳港式茶餐廳 - ??  鹿園(?茶餐廳?) I only eat fish soup noodle there...
最佳餅店 - don't think anyone will agree with me but I like New Town's chinese steam buns. I don't like Asian style bakery in general. (too airy and light for me)
最佳燒味店 - Parker place

As far as I know of, the ownership changed.
The original spot on Main becomes 清心素食 ...

Well, best pizza depends on what kind of pizza you like: thin, thick, NY, Chicago, Japanese, Neapolitan, crispy. loaded with toppings, only enough, simple, creative, fusion...etc.
