I love to do brunch too but don't have the time to do it often.
Some of your fav's look interesting. I always want to try cafe medina (cos I love chambar's waffles!).
A few spots I like are crave on main st (the bennies are good! and love to sit in their cute little backyard when the weather is nice and warm). Provence Marinside is also good too.

Are their burgers  good?  I don't usually eat burger, once I ordered at Feenie's,
but the one I had  at Ruth's Chris  Hyatt Grand Seattle was by far superior

I think their burgers are pretty good. I had the Feenie's burger before but you cannot compare the 2. Vera's burgers are just $5.99 and Feenie's was like... $15 or more.
My current casual burgers chart is:
Vera's > Red Onions > White Spot ... > A&W's > ............. McD (bottom of the chart)
I have yet try Modern or Fat burger.
If I go to Ruth's Chris, I prob get a steak or prime rib.
